Life Time Fitness Resort to takeover Bloomingdale’s Space at The Falls

In an effort to adapt to consumer demands, Life Time Fitness will be occupying the void left by the departure of Bloomindale’s at The Falls. By 2022 a 140,000 square foot athletic resort will be completed with luxurious amenities. According to The Real Deal, “it will feature fitness and training areas with group fitness, cycling, yoga, Pilates and Barre studios; a kids academy, spa, cafe, regulation-size basketball courts, an indoor aquatic center and a 40,000-square-foot outdoor beach club with pools, whirlpools, lounge areas and a bistro.” This new resort will be a major change for the Falls, Bloomingdale’s was in business for nearly 35 years at the location. Life Time already has a few locations throughout Florida and this will add to their Boca, Tampa, Palm Beach, and Coral Gables locations.
