A New Hotel is Coming to Dadeland Mall!

The renowned Dadeland Shopping Mall will adopt a brand new 177-room hotel that is scheduled for completion in 2020. The 7-story AC Hotel plans to be built on the NW corner of the mall adjacent to US-1 and Kendall Drive. Concord Hospitality Enterprises will run the hotel along with their many others throughout the United States including Hyatt Centric Brickell Miami. The hotel plans to boast an elevated pool deck on the second floor. The AC Hotel will be unique as the hotel will be interconnected with the rest of the shopping mall. Simon Property Group, the largest mall operator in the country, has committed themselves to improving the customer experience across all of their properties throughout the United States. The new AC Hotel will be sure to attract consumers looking for a stay around one of South Florida’s best shopping locations.
