The nation’s most expensive mega mall will be located on a 174-acre lot adjacent to the Florida Turnpike in Miami Lakes. Much of the mall will include entertainment areas rather than just retail stores. Some of the major components of the mall include a 2,000 room hotel, indoor rollercoasters, an artificial ski slope, a water park, a performing arts center, and so much more! This mall will be truly revolutionary in a time where many shopping malls across the country are struggling.
