Lennar, a Miami-based homebuilder, recently broke ground in Royal Palm Beach for a development named BellaSera. The 385 home complex offers a plethora of amenities, with Amazon’s Alexa possibly being the most intriguing. Lennar is hoping that the feature will be a major selling point for the homes which start in the $400,000 range.
