Featured Property: Aston Martin Downtown

I’ve been loving the excitement of pre-construction lately. Getting “first dibs” on the latest and greatest that Miami has to offer is definitely a thrilling idea. The new Aston Martin certainly fits the bill.

A little bit of background: The British car-makers, Aston Martin, perhaps most famous for James Bond’s Goldfinger car, have partnered with a wealthy Argentine family, the Coto family, to complete the project. The 66-story condo tower will be located on the north bank of the mouth of the Miami River. This 1.25 acre site was purchased by the family for a record-breaking 125 million in 2014. Now the two teams have a unified vision of a sail-shaped building, sleek and modern.

Features: As you might imagine, no amenities will be spared. Unique to this waterfront building is that the actual designs for the lobby, fitness rooms, spas and common areas will be designed by a team from Aston Martin. The brand guarantees a timeless sense of style and class.

“Planned to house 390 high-end condominiums, the building will boast Aston Martin-designed interiors, including two private lobbies with custom reception desks, a two-story fitness center, and a full-service spa. Other amenities include a micro-cinema, a children’s room, an art gallery, an infinity pool on the 55th floor, and an exclusive yacht marina.” (Forbes, 2016)

Pricing: For a luxury building on the waterfront and downtown, buyers will be looking at around 1,000$ a square foot and up.
