Construction Begins on New Luxury Home Project: Pinecrest Place

The construction on the first of two new luxury home projects in the Village of Pinecrest has begun. Developed by GC3 Development and Bindor, each of the 10 luxury homes will be built on half-acre lots and will range from 4,100 to 6,000 square feet. The lavishly appointed residences are priced between $2.495 million to $2.9 million.

Pinecrest Place will be a gated-community and is described by the developer as a “coastal contemporary community.” In an effort to preserve the native trees of the area, each lot will feature lush landscaping and private back yards.

The project’s brochure includes the numerous features available, some of which are standard with each home.

Situated in the north Pinecrest on the corner of SW 72 Avenue and 96 Street, the development is conveniently located close to both U.S.1. and the Palmetto Expressway. Pinecrest Place is only 20 minutes from both Downtown Miami and Miami International Airport. Private and public schools, popular shopping malls including Dadeland and The Falls, hospitals, and parks like Pinecrest Gardens are all within minutes of the neighborhood.

The Village of Pinecrest marked its 20 anniversary this March. The renowned neighborhood was also recognized as “one of the best places in Florida for ‘quality of life,’” in 2011 by the South Florida Business Journal.
