Top 5 Most Expensive Single-Family Homes Sold in Coral Gables in February 2016

Located just south of Downtown Miami and Coconut Grove, Coral Gables is one of Miami’s oldest municipalities and one that continues to thrive. A popular neighborhood, Coral Gables offers condos, townhomes and single-family properties in both charming and modern designs.

According to EWM’s Facts and Trends reports, during the month of January, single-family homes valued at $750,000 or more in Coral Gables, sold at an average price of $468 per square foot. Furthermore, in January there were 230 single-family homes listed for sale compared to 30 homes that were sold during that same month.

The Coral Gables luxury single-home market is flourishing. In fact, in February all five homes in the top five were sold for more than $3,000,000.
