Eighty Seven Park Releases Striking New Renderings

Miami eagerly awaits the 2018 completion of starchitect Renzo Piano’s 68-unit tower, Eighty Seven Park. Watching the development of the project, one can imagine a botanical cocktail or glass of wine in the lobby at Enoteca Bar while perusing the bar’s curated collection of books, or enjoying a refreshment while delighting in the ocean views at Fugo Bar. Order an old-fashioned at the inside or outside long bar with enough seating to endear the community to one another   Some may believe fantasy is better than reality, but, as Curbed Miami first reported, new photos unveiling renderings of Eighty Seven Park may just make Renzo Piano an immortal name and the project a minted landmark.

Endless blue skies serve as a backdrop for the stunning images. A classic mid-century modern vibe sets a classy tone for the sixteen suspended decks. Palm trees abound in the glassed lobby, allowing a weary traveler from New York or downtown Miami know that paradise welcomes them home.

Each of the seventy villas could easily be mistaken for a tropical retreat. Each unit offers an open plan living, which is distinctly futurist and organic simultaneously. Walk from the living room to the bedroom to watch a sunrise or sunset without missing a breathtaking moment. Wait for coffee to percolate while peering out on an ocean view. Better yet, be enchanted by the sky or sea with private terraces offering enough space for loungers and a respite from the rest of the world. Italian stone bathrooms offer a separate shower and tub, complete with continuous views of the majestic sea.

The bright blue of the sea and sky cannot distract from the property’s lush greenery sculpted by West 8 Urban Design & Landscape Architecture of the Netherlands. Palm trees fill the lobby, two pools, and grounds. Future amenities to be rendered include the underground parking.

A picture is worth a thousand words, but images from Eighty Seven Park will leave you speechless. Click here to view the new Eighty Seven Park residential renderings.
