Here’s what makes the Residences at Brickell City Centre so spectacular
Located in Downtown Miami, Brickell has long been the financial hub of the Americas. With amazing restaurants and ocean views, it has long been a destination for shoppers and businesses looking for office space. Now, with the development of Brickell City Centre, a hybrid retail, residential, and office space, it is becoming a highly sought-after residence as well.
The Residences at Brickell City Centre will be comprised of two residential towers, christened Rise and Reach, and they will be nothing short of dazzling. There are slated to be 373 luxury residential units, including 10 Tower Suites offering three bedrooms and an abundant four baths. Residents will also enjoy elevator access and city view terraces. Penthouses will feature approximately 12-foot ceilings, with other units ranging from nine to 11 feet. A few stand-out elements of these spectacular units include East-West views and wrap-around balconies for corner units. Additionally, there will be service quarters for housekeepers and nannies, and transportation will be a breeze for residents who utilize the 8th Street Metromover, which will be incorporated in the Brickell City Centre building design.
According to the developer’s website, there will be a “choice of two interior finish design schemes including cabinetry, quartz stone counter tops and backsplash and imported marble floors and premium Bosch appliance package including integrated panel 36” refrigerator and freezer, 300 series microwave, integrated panel, extra-quiet dishwasher, built-in convection oven and ceramic glass stovetop.” The bathrooms will be a study in design and warmth with deep tubs perfect for soaking, as well as glass showers and master suites with rain-head showerheads.
This groundbreaking building is running out of units and we know why. If the residential amenities weren’t enough, the development will also house one of the most exclusive shopping destinations in Miami with stores like Chopard and Giuseppe Zanotti. Moreover, Miami recently agreed to a 96-year lease with Swire Properties that will allow the 8th Street Metromover to be incorporated in the Brickell City Centre design. Commuting will be quick for residents, who can soar over the traffic.
