Miami is hitting a home run these days in the real estate market. Alex Rodriguez, the baseball superstar, recently purchased a 3,200 square-foot penthouse in Gran Paraiso. A-Rod has purchased others prime Miami real estate recently, including a house in South Miami-Dade, but it is unknown if he will reside in Gran Paraiso or if it his unit will be an investment. However, whether it will be his home or part of his portfolio, it proves that Edgewater is on the national radar as a premier location for Miamians and New Yorkers alike.
